I can’t log out of an administrator account and Im not sure what to do. After I had factory reset my pc for storage, I encountered a chain of problems. #1 when my pc started to reinstall windows, it would stop at 64%, restart and repeat again, previously I had let it cycle through like that to see if it would maybe move up a notch but, nothing happened. After reseting a few more times it finally fixed the problem but, when I tried to sign into my Microsoft account and log onto windows, it wouldn't go through (I tried every possible email and password combination and not to mention I had my win
