WND PROC messages are sent with delay in the latest versions on Windows

Hello,We have an item to minimize all the open views which is added in the taskbar jumplist of an application. It seems that in the latest versions of Win10 and Win11 the WND PROC message to minimize all the views is sent with delay. After clicking on the item from the jumplist, it takes a few seconds until the process of minimizing all the views is started. I tested with a few windows versions and the result are the following:21H2 19044.3086 - the WND PROC messages are sent in time, no delay noticed here22H2 19045.3086 Win10 and 22H2 19045.3086 Win11 - the WND PROC messages are send with dela
