Hello,I had several encrypted files from long ago in Windows 10 Pro. About 2 weeks ago I upgraded the pc and reinstalled Windows 10 Pro from 0.Now it can't decrypt these files that I have encrypted. I've been searching through google for a solution and I haven't found any that will solve it for me yet. It should be said that the user that I use for this and the previous Windows is the same and I still have the windows.old folder from which I have tried to get a certificate but it has not worked. What I can do? thank you so muchgreetings
