I was suspicious that my PC had some type of malware and it was running slow so I decided to restore it. I saved the important files in an external drive and formatted windows using the option "remove everything" and then "cloud download". After several minutes, it booted "normally" and brought me directly into the windows lock page where it asked me for the password of my user as if I was powering the PC normally. I entered the password but it throws "user service error". I tried entering in safe mode but when I enter the password it says "Welcome" but it never loads. What should I do?
