CPU keeps dropping clock speeds

Hello all,I recently got an issue where while gaming my CPU will keep randomly dropping from it's normal clock speed (3.9-4.2 Ghz) all the way down to 400 mhz. (Video) Note: Sorry for low quality i had to set it low so my computer wouldn't crash when it dipped to 400 mhz.I've been trying to fix it but just don't know how.Specs:Computer: Lenovo ideapad Gaming 3CPU: Ryzen 5600HMotherboard: Lenovo LNVNB161216RAM: 16 gigs DDR4 @ 3200 mhzGPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 mobile max-qOS Build: 19045.3208I have the minimum processor state set to 50% in my power planThis has been happening for about 3 week
