How to remove Snipping tool from Windows 10 if it is not showing in Apps.

Hey,I've been struggling for the past hour trying different things, but I can't seem to remove the Snipping tool program from my device, and set Lightshot as the default app for print screen.Every step says go to Settings > Apps and remove Snipping tool, but there is no sign of Snipping tool there. I tried reinstalling snipping tool from Microsoft store, disabled the print screen option, yet when I click on the PrtSc button, Snipping tool pops up and makes me furious.Any tips?
