how can I use the Microsoft account to login to my project(windows form application)?

I am making a project that will use the school's provided Microsoft account for login. I have the permission to use the accounts for login as the project that I will be making is for the school. the problem is I have no idea how I will gather the accounts name and how will I be able to import data to the account.
