Everywhere in my whole PC is glitchy. I don't know what I did wrong. Everything I did was super accurate. What can I do to fix this issue. These glitchy issues happened a few months back. Here are some pictures of everything that's glitchy:there are a lot more glitches that I can't show you because of time but please please please let me know if there is anyway to fix these glitches. I do not want to install a new copy of Windows. The blurring glitch with text was happening even when I was making this question. This is ridiculous!
