I've started blue screening very often lately and i really want to know how to fix it because its only been getting worse.

I'd say it started a year ago when I actually noticed blue screening became a thing and not a random occurrence. But its only been becoming more often and harder to restart my pc. It takes maybe 3-5 tries until it restarts itself enough that it works without crashing. I game a lot, and i'm careful with what I install. I hardly have any background services running in the background ever, I made sure that no apps like steam or discord etc startup on launch, I launch them manually. My task manager is never cluttered, and i never have too many windows open at once. Yet randomly any apps or games w
