I need help to fix the settings app in Windows 10.

Hey, may I please get some help? So in my settings app, the gear thing in the Windows menu when you click start won't open for some reason on my user; it opens and just crashes instantly. However, I've somehow made another brand new user with the command prompt, and there it's working perfectly fine. Any ideas on how to fix this?
