After I updated my PC with Win10, it stopped booting ang it just gets stuck on Please wait.. loading screen with the circle frozen.

As stated above, been having this issue everytime i install the 22H2 quality update. Seems like the issue is with the update since everytime i uninstall it, the PC works fine.
