Can i upgrade to wdinws 10 64bit in my old pc?

Helloi want to ask about windows 10 64bit im using windows 10 32bit and i want to upgrade to 64bit will i get no lag after i upgrade with the same games or using pc (like im using 32bit i mean the saame thing when i use 32bit ) or i can just say Same experience my pc specs cpu: amd phenom II x2 b57 3.20ghz Gpu: Geforce 310 512mb ram : 6gb ddr3Hard disk : HDD 250gb
