I cannot access microsoft windows store. Your staff have destroyed the integrity of consolidating all the logins to one supposedly consolidated identity and login. I have wasted some hours on this issue today, and on previous occasions over the last few years I have ceased seeking any services becaust YOUR records are scrambled. I want to speak very briefly to some one who will sort this out - you people are just terrible in what they have done.please help. I am not a cretin. I have worked in IT for >30 years.
