Hello there, A few days back I tried to factory reset my windows 10 laptop(following the appropriate instructions).But halfway through the process it started undoing changes and took me to the regular screen where you enter your pin.I tried to login,I entered my PIn but it shows "User profile not found(or something similar".I then following a youtube instruction tried to reboot my laptop in safe mode.But it showed completely white screen,My cursor was visible and I could move it but I could not do anything with.
