How to fix blue screen problem, it said that it failed in the clfs.sys

I just tried to update my laptop but then this blue screen thing occurred. I can't really perform any type of "coding" as it just stays on a repeated loop and not returning to the starting log in part of the laptop. Not very handy on these types of errors. If I can fix it by myself, please tell on how so. Or do I have to call on a technician for this? Your replies matter, thanks
