My headphones audio driver disappeared after most recent Windows 10 update (KB5028853))

After this update, my audio fully decided to die. I connected my Bluetooth AirPods just fine, I restarted my computer, powered off and turned it back on, shut it off, cleaned the headphone port, and nothing worked. I've been trying to work it for the past week and nothing on the web has helped. This is my last resort. Someone please help.
