I accidentally pressed some key combination, and all of my app windows disappeared. The only clue that they were running were that there was a brief "minimize" animation. There was no message or notification to indicate that I had created a new desktop, and it took well over 30 minutes to find the solution. Note that I do not want to disable all Windows key shortcuts; just ones that are difficult to recover from. Another thread tells how to disable all of them, and it literally uses a Windows key shortcut in the process of disabling Windows key shortcuts!
