iCloud, my brother’s pc has had trouble recently. Specifically, when we try clicking on something, a black screen appears for around half a second and then the screen goes back to its normal Home Screen/wallpaper. There is also no internet connection and we can’t connect to any Wi-Fi via clicking as shown above in the video. If anyone could help that would be much appreciated. Thank you so much! God bless
