help me im trying to reset my computer, all of the data and im not able to log in ive tried doing what everyone has said to do like resetting it but when i reset it the "reset thic pc" button doesnt pop up for me help pleasethere is no error message. but i will tell u guys what happens when i try because i cant ss , so i reset holding down the shift button
