Unable to access my BitLocker recovery key

I am unable to access my Bitlocker Recovery Key, when logging in the correct one for my device does not show.The issue is the computer has an error when booting, I would like to access the hard drive using an enclosure in order to get my wedding video from the hard drive before I do a repair, however the Recovery Key associated with my account is not working (different device ID).Is there any way of requesting the recovery key from Microsoft?
