Hello,I was on a sketchy website when suddenly a new window opened and started downloading file with the name Trojan-something. Windows Defender immediately stepped and prevented the file from downloading. So the file never reached downloads in Explorer. I then went to Windows Defender Control Panel where everything was shown as green (okay). I also did a quick virus scan which didn't find anything. Then I went into Protection history in Windows Defender and there I found a file that says Remediation not completed. When I tried to press on the item it took me to UAC (User account control). I d
