DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION and DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE at the same time

I got the blue screen everytime I login my pc (specificly at the Welcome screen), sometimes it lets me pass the screen , just to crash whenever i open my Task Manager. But most of the time, I get either DPC Watchdog Violation or Driver Power State Failure.I tried to perform a clean boot with no drivers except for microsoft's but nothing changed, plus it also returns blue screen whenever I restart/shut down. The pc is much slower now. Safe Mode is the only thing that works.Please help me
