Hi, asking regarding on windows 10. I use my university Microsoft account only ( no local account )on my laptop and now it's already deleted. I was trying to create icon of recycle bin on desktop, trying using wallpaper setting and CMD method. I noticed CMD prompt denial but I don't remember or snap pictures of the prompt. When I open my laptop, the screen went black, task bar not respond, pin application on task bar shows incorrect path. I install back window update while kepts the data, this give me workable task bar but no recycle bin show and the previous pins application is missing. Does
