error code 0xA00F4292<PhotoCaptureStartTimeout> when using built in laptop camera

While using the camera app, I'm not able to see any image and the error message "error code 0xA00F4292<PhotoCaptureStartTimeout>" appear when i click the "take photo" button. There's no new updates when I checked the "device manager".Can I know if it is the software that is causing the problem or if the camera is spoil?
