Windows crashes after windows update

Hello,I just fixed my laptop by replacing it's motherboard and things like that, I reinstalled windows 10 -It's currently at it's latest version- but there's a problem.I installed my usual graphics drivers which is AMD Catalyst and everything is okay until I want to start steam and it crashes my windows saying atikmdag.sys is the error code, which is for my graphics driver. Let's say I haven't reinstalled steam after clean installation of windows 10, so it might be the problem. I appreciate any helps.Thanks.
