question and getting Pop Up Nsudo

Hi, I have problem with my PC.I getting Pop Up from Nsudo with notice: failed to create a process and showing cmd AppData\Local\Updates\ thing like windowsservice and windows.batThis Nsudo is real virus or something?if virus, its safe to delete the file?I already check file from folder Updates and file Nsudo.exe, and anti-virus and website TotalVirus say its Trojan.
