My computer suddenly goes into a BSOD after entering the Desktop

The BSOD had a message for Bug check 0x1E: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.Looking further into event viewer the message was:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff8053b2114d2, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000080). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 755491a3-4474-440a-b029-ff67be92b7e4.I was still able to boot normally into the computer after it automatically restarted as I am writing this message.What should I do so I can prevent this from happening again?
