The update cause many of my apps or programs to keep popping up with cannot start error twice unless I install .net framework X(different version) for each program. After I click yes and install the latest 4.81 version of .net framework the problem still persist, error pop up often and at random or when I open some applications. Not sure whats causing the error pop up so I did a previous version restore, problem gone. So is there a fix? or wait for next month update?KB5028937KB5028166
