I've been at this for a day now, I've been looking all over online and all the answers I've been getting haven't fixed it. I believe this all started because I had downloaded a VPN named "Hamachi" to play MineCraft Lan with a friend, I was dumb and used a old installer (almost a year old), looking back on it I feel really, really dumb. My account still has Admin abilities for the most part, but there are some places that claim that I do not have the required permissions. Also I am the owner of my pc, considering I spent a large sum of money for it, built it, and installed the OS all on my own
