I keep trying to login to any Microsoft app (Edge, Microsoft Store, Outlook, 365, etc) on my Windows 10 PC. It first says it needs to verify my identity (with my correct email address) with my pin. After I key in my pin, it then tells me because I am accessing sensitive info, I need to key in my password, but the account it asks me to log into is NOT my account. I have deleted all other accounts from the PC, reset all the apps, even deleted 365 and Mail and other apps. Now I can’t even re-download them from Microsoft Store.
