My Sony E series (SVE1513CYN) laptop show maxcapacity of RAM as 0 after running command "wmic memphysical get maxcapacity, memorydevices"Currently task manager shows its 6GB already installed but Windows10 is lagging so thought of upgrading RAM but cannot find the maximum limit.if you could advice please.
