Not sure if this is the place to ask but here is the how and what of the issue.1. PC Freezes during usage randomly not a regular occurrence, so I wait for a bit then.2. I get a blue page that says "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart". We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you. 3. I get impatient and just turn off the pc and reboot and it reboots 4. It freezes within 30 seconds after I login into profile I shut it down then reboot5.
