How do i fix blank blue screen after windows logo, same thing happens after trying to boot from my windows instalation media, my bios are still accessable my pc parts: Graphics card: RX580. Cpu: intel i5-2500k. Ram: 8gb. Motherboard: Asrock H61m-HVS. Ssd: Kingston 120gb. HDD: 450GB. Also if i boot up.windows normally i can access startup options but they dont do anything, also if i press enter it flashes a black screen and returns to a blank screen
