Windows wants me to restart my computer to download windows 11, I know I did not consent to this update, how do I stop it from restarting and keep win

Windows forced me into updating windows 11, I had no option to deny this, the pop up appeared as soon as I turned on my computer, I was away from my computer for 2 days before. I had not clicked ANYTHING, no buttons on screen, no key on my keyboard up to this point. While windows was downloading the update files, I tired to cancel the downloads like people told me to do, and nothing worked. Now windows is forcing me to restart my PC to get windows 11. I'm not getting windows 11 nor did I EVER consent to a update. Please fix this or give me an option to get 11, then rollback to windows 10 WITHO
