My pc is stuck in update mode.

Hi, my pc is stuck in update mode. It freezes at the last percentage in the update. I’ve tried several options to fix this problem, but nothing else seems to work except restoring the pc. I cannot do this without my password for my user…… I’m stuck not knowing my password and in this update freeze. Anyone know how I can find my password on phone or other devices? Because I’m not able to see on my pc.
