Windows (10) Defender still reports threat after allegedly removing it

Hi everybody!I'm still working in Windows 10 - not 11.Windows Defender has found a Trojan on a backup CD-R that is over 15 years old. The file in question was not executed, so apparently the Trojan (of medium severity) was not activated.I performed a full system scan, but there was no threat found. Still Windows Defender displays the threat found a few days ago as "active", showing the little red mark on its icon. Whenever I scan the system, there are "0 threats found".Why does the Defender icon mark not turn green again? Why is that "old" threat still being displayed?I've already tried to cle
