Refurbished laptop stuck on “please wait while we set up device”

I received my refurbished laptop from Amazon earlier. Logging in was strange, it brought me to a Hush Blackwell LLP email login but I used my Microsoft email and password, got the 2-step verification text and it went to the next window. It has been stuck on “please wait while we set up your device…” for hours. I’ve tried restarting it and the same thing is happening. Any tips?
