I've got a blue death screen while update, or rull recovery.

Hello, I always got a blue death screen when I want to update or doing a full recovery. Windows update don't work because it's says 0x80070424 and the microsoft store don't work too. I've got a windows 10 home edition. I've tried every antivirus app but still I got this issuse. What I'm supposed to do? Buying a new SSD with a new windows? stop code: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED.
