We recently bought a new PC and apparently my niece and nephews have already managed to brick it with the Microsoft account, she made a 'outlook account' and set up a password (the usual password, I'm gonna teach her that it's bad to use the same password everywhere but that's beside the point). Now the sign in doesn't recognises her password, we can't use the "forgot password" as it says verify your identity and the only thing it shows is "I don't have any of these" and we can't login from code too cause we don't have access to that said outlook account.
