So recently i installed a New cpu and gpu for my brother that i knew they worked in my other pc, everything was going good until windows passed the load stage and everything turned white, i literally cannot see anything on the screen except a little of the wallpaper and some apps, i tried playing around with monitor settings but they still seem to not work. I installed a i5 2400 processor and a r7 200 series gpu, everything was good till i installed those 2 parts.
