Over the past several months, I have been performing a clean installation of Windows 10 Pro on my Dell OptiPlex 3070, but it doesn't seem to completely uninstall then install Windows, as the problems never go away. First it was Media Player, which has 2 different issues. After numerous attempts to install a clean version of Windows, I finally gave up and stopped using Media Player.Last week, I started getting the dreadful "unhandled exception C0000005" error message when attempting to use my disc label maker software.
