How do I turn Microsoft grammar checking off?

The grammar suggestions are 90% incorrect for an English speaker. I can't say 'when the full payment is applied to the basket' because supposedly this is incorrect. I can say 'when the full payment applied to the basket' which is not correct English as the full payment didn't apply to the basket, it was applied to the basket by the user. I can say 'when the full payment can like to be applied' to the basket, as a native Afrikaans speaker might, but the error highlights 'be applied', the rest of the grammar is apparently fine, um, no. I can say 'when the full payment done applied to the basket'
