Hello, can't get Microsoft live help or chat feature after 2 hours of hitting the more help button, so hello community. I can't sign in with Pin because theres technical issues, pin is unavailable.I changed my word password and still Windows will not let me pass. The shift key and restart no longer will take me to troubleshoot or shutting down and waiting 5 seconds to power up won't get me to the troubleshoot page. Before it would but every option I hit it prompt me to sign in using password that I do know and it's written down, still won't take it. Now when I turn laptop on it is black n stay
