how to unluck bitlocker partition E "I formatted my computer, and on OWA, only 2 BitLocker keys are visible. I need 3 keys in total.

I have two hard disks on my computer. The first hard disk has only one partition, which is the C drive, and it has Windows 11 installed on it. The second hard disk has two partitions, D and E drives. All my data is stored on the E drive.When logging in via OWA (Outlook Web App), I can view the BitLocker key for the first disk (C drive) used for Windows, as well as the BitLocker key for the second disk (D drive). However, I am unable to see or access the second partition of the second disk (E drive). There is no bitlocker keys shows on OWA for this partiton.
