Game keeps closing randomly: Event ID 1000 Task Category (100) and after Event ID 1001 with fault Bucket 5

This ONE game is pretty much the only app that this happens to (when it happens to other apps a simple sfc scan fixes them) I am confused and whats to know the reason!!
