i know the pin which is what i usually use but for some reason it just says “something happened and your PIN isn’t available. click to set up your pin again” yet clicking the button has no affect. i have tried clicking reset password but neither of the drives is a password reset disc apparently (idk what that means) and my internal drive doesn’t even appear. my computer only has one account i think and i don’t think it is the same as my microsoft password as i have reset it and it didn’t work. please help me fix it without clearing my whole pc i’ve been trying for ages.
