They show as paired, change to connected when I try to move the mouse, etc... but won't actually respond. Accompanied by a QueenCreek Energy Server Service event (see below), but I get this regularly even though I do not have the Intel Drive Utility installed. If I try to unpair and re connect, they will show in the list of devices, but will fail to pair. A few days later they will work again. **** is going on???
