It looks like all of my applications (.exe files) use the default Windows icon instead of their regular icon. Unfortunately, I don't know what might be causing the problem. I've already contacted several computer services, but none of them were able to fix the issue. I tried changing the display resolution from 1920x1080 to any other value, and also tried adjusting the text and apps size from 100% to larger and then back to normal. None of these solutions worked, not even temporarily. Afterwards, I attempted another solution by regenerating the file called "iconcache.db." I stopped the Windo
