I cannot reinstall hp smart on my computer. I had it installed a few months ago, but when I left my employer (it was installed on my home computer for when I worked at home), I was unable to reinstall it onto my computer. Every time I try, I get an error message that "something went wrong" and to try again later - but it never works and this has been a problem now for 5 months. Error message 0x80070426. (Sorry, I wasn't able to get a screen shot) My software is up to date and I was signed in. My preferred browser is Edge and I'm using Windows 10 (Home).There was another person with this same
