Why do I need to be a god damned computer programmer to remove a **** printer that says "software unavailable"

So I asked the community about a problem I am having trying to remove a printer that shows software unavailable, and I got this 6-paragraph response. Sorry but I'm not a computer programmer. Windows 10 sucks
